Bexhill Lions Thank Community for Record-Breaking Santa Dash & Santa Paws
Bexhill Lions Club would like to extend a huge thank you to everyone who took part in, supported, and cheered on this year’s Santa Dash and Santa Paws, held on Sunday 7 December 2025 along Bexhill seafront.
The event was a fantastic success, attracting more entries than ever before, with Santas, festive runners, walkers, and four-legged friends all turning out to support local good causes. The sight of the seafront filled with red suits, wagging tails, and festive cheer truly captured the spirit of the season.
Bexhill Lions would also like to thank the volunteers, marshals, performers, and supporters who helped make the event run smoothly, as well as everyone who donated so generously. Special thanks go to the wonderful Zoe Ward and her team for getting the Santa’s warmed up, despite the wet weather. Thanks go to the Bexhill Town Crier for expertly getting the Santa’s in order at the start up line. Funds raised will go directly towards supporting local people, groups, and charitable causes within the community.
The club is incredibly grateful for the continued support shown by the people of Bexhill-on-Sea, which helps make events like this possible year after year.
